thats a mighty fine question Pappy. Its kind of like asking should I put brown or black seat covers on my car because I am an Aries and like long walks on the beach

You will find that suspension is a very personal choice. You will get lots of different opinions and you will be none the wiser unfortunately.

For my choice, its lovells with procomp shocks but thats just what I like.

good luck mate ;)

G'day Pappy, I put LRA springs and Koni shocks on my 90RRC and did a 2" body lift. I have 255/85 BFG muddies on it. You need to think about the weight of the accessories you have on it and the type of off roading you want to do. Have a look at the LRA website as there are lots of different rate springs available. I had to eventually get heavier springs as the winch went on as well as other bits over the years. One way to get an idea is to put the car on a weigh bridge and get the weight over each axle then talk with Andrew at LRA
Cheers
Nick
