What do you guys suggest are the best oils for a 2000 Defender TD5 (160.000km)?

Engine: Viscosity? Type? Change Interval?
Gear Box:
Transfer Box:
Diffs:

What do you think of Redline Oils for the diffs gearbox and transfer box?
Is Redline worth the money? Do you really recommend to increase the service interval?

Any recommendations for the filters?

Thanks for your comments and expertise

Don't flame me, but i'm not about to spend 4 hours reading through all of that :)

... when I bought mine I called the guys who used to service it (at a Defender only workshop) and they claim to have done stacks of research before choosing their oils and now use:

Engine - Penrite Sin 5 (20,000 with both filters)
T/box - Penrite Sin 75
Diffs - SAE 80w/90
G/box - Penrite Manual syntrans

I use Valvoline SynPower 5w40 in the engine which I like.

Everything else is various Penrites', but that has been as I can't find the Castrol I want for the gearbox locally yet.
