Hi all I've decided I need an exocism I just bought a Series 3 Game my 4th landy now at home , the landy devils pocessed me:o. Why I bought it I'm just not sure maybe it because its not green and yellow is one of my favourite colours:).

Now this vehicle has rotten frames for the rear side windows I am hoping someone can tell me if they are the same as in the defender station wagons rear side windows. The steel supports for the bailey channel are all rotten and they need replacing. Hopefully someone can help, if they are not the same the any suggestion for bits would be a great help. Oh and yes I will post some photos shortly when I've picked it up.
Kindest regards
Garry

Congrats on your new acquisition! Games are cool! The bailey channel is the same as used in all other s11/s111 sliding windows. Rots as fast as you put it in and is more expensive than you might think. When I replaced the ones in the back of my s/wagon I tried to find it in stainless steel, but to no avail.
I used 2 lengths, side by side at the top and bottom, and singles for the uprights. I bought it by the mtr and cut it to length. Four Wheel Drives in Melb. should be able to supply it, possibly cut to length already. Or just ask your local panel shop to supply it after showing them an example.
I also used s/steel countersunk screws
cheers

Picked the GAME up tonight photos in the next few days, looks good pretty happy with it . Just have to reduce the cars in the stables as room is at a premium at the moment and I have run out of it. AND NO YOU CAN NOT HAVE IT, I LIKE IT FAR TO MUCH ALREADY.
