Is it a lazy axle conversion or a proper 6x6?

Looking at the hubs, I'd guess it's a lazy.

Thought the picture said it all so did not mention this is in Malaysia, where majority of cars are below 1.6l Protons and even smaller 1.0l and 660cc Peroduas.
