Gumboots first workout.:)
Tried to catch up with Camo/Grimace etc, but was a late starter and
Grimace had some misfortune with the Rangie and left around mid morning.
Managed to catch up with Darren & Greg from Outcast Offroad (New Members) and spent an hour with them.
Their Rangies are set up well and gave me some demos:)
Top vehicles and definently can do vehicles.
The old D1 did the job pretty well and handled some ruff work to say the least:eek:
No breakage and happy with what it could do with its basic set up.
Ready for Next weekends Dare, and at least had a little time to get use to the totally different handling than the D3 with no traction control, etc ;)

Well done Dave, welcome to the D1 brotherhood, where skill, determination and cunning make up for the lack of extravagant luxuries like Range Rovers or Traction Control.

Never knew it meant that, you learn something new every day :D

Dunga to me means a item of little value or carefactor hence why I call my rangie the dunga. I don't care if I roll it, belt it or kill the well worn 3.5 (trying though) but it's done the task to this point well.

I want to get Rusty (my recently aquired 92 Vogue SE, name aptly because the old beast has a fair bit) going but it looks as if the dungas durability has put Rusty on the backburner for the time being.
