just had the county at the mechaic today and he said drivers side cv is full of grease and the other is oil i no they are meant to have oil in them is there any problems with runing grease in them.

you can use oneshot grease in them.
IF you are going to run oneshot grease you must also convert the bearings to grease or eventually they will kill their oil and live a not very long nor happy life.

dont no if whoever did put grease in 1 did the bearings will have to look into it.cheers

They really should have oil in them, as in the County they run Railco bushes in the top pin and grease doesn't lubricate themn at all. The series LR's specify oil for this reason, and the county has the same swivel pin set up.
If it were mine I'd run oil.
