Hi, anyone know of any aftermarket struts for the coil sprung D3?, i know Bilstein do them for the airsprung but not the coil.

At my last enquiry a few months ago, they were not available. Only aftermarket springs only lifts.

Dobinsons of Rockhampton supply replacement shocks and springs with 50-60mm lift. They are available through 4X4shop online.

Dobinsons and Lovells are the only ones that I have found that do both coils and struts. OME and King do springs only. Pedders apparently no longer do either.

All advice I've been given suggests that 40-60mm lift is fine for std factory shocks and ARB rate them as the best OEM more than up to the task of outback touring.

I've just done Kings 50-65mm lift and std shocks seem fine no 'topping out" or other weirdness going on. Have done mild off road work on farm with medium articulation.
The ride however is brilliant and better than before- LR take note!:D
