Defender problems

Bought a defender 110 in 2008 in Aug 08 a/con thermostat replaced
Jan 09 vacume pump seal replaced, July 09 a/con thermostat replaced again Aug 09 a/con suction line replaced and Aug 09 waiting for parts for vacume pump again. is there anyone else having these problems.

I think everyone else has had the brake vacuum pump. It took Land Rover a couple of goes to rectify the issue so several members have had it replaced twice like you. Do a search on here and you will find reference to the latest vacuum part model number. Check the new one they install is the latest design. I've also had a couple of A/C thermostats and I know of at least one other forum member who has.

You are not alone. My mechanic has replace 3 on his '07 130.

LR are now fitting an updated design unit.

We had the vac pump changed been fine since,a/c been trouble free as yet
