Hi all time I did some Landy work.
Help needed. Has anyone got drawings, dimensions, pics or any other information that will help me produce a governor bracket?
I have the governor, pulley and funny bolts sticking out of the thermo housing but no bracket.
Want to fit up my 86" with governor and PTO for upcoming event.
Thanks for any help Dennis

If you want to pop down for a barby next weekend (think I am home).......you could messure the one up on the Series One Fire Engine.

Sorry the best I could do......technical drawings is not some thing I am good at.

Hi there Dennis

As another option - I believe Ian has one which is going on his 109.....

He is back in Australia in a couple of weeks - you mght he able to give him call to see if you could borrow it.

For you information

Thanks to a nice gentleman who lent me a bracket to copy, so that part is done, a lot simpler to construct then I first thought.
Now if anyone could please supply me with the dimensions of the control rod, the brass bit with the internal spring it would be great.
Diameters and lengths will make it a lot easier to turn up one. Also is the end bit that the rod going to the carbi goes through screwed in or clipped in. Have diagrams from the manuals but a bit hard to work out the dimensions.
Thanks Dennis
