advice on price

Found this site in my research for my ultimate 4x4. I want to find a nice 110 wagon. 00-04 would be great. What would be even better if I could find a 9 seater. To many children......
Now a question for you all. What would be a good price for my dream...and any problems I should be looking for, when inspecting a vehicle...
