Well SWMBO got me gym membership for my birthday. She was polite enough to say you would look good toned up. Polite, as far as saying your a fat boy get moving. I have been going for the last week and I have got to say i am sore. It feels like I have going 15 rounds with Big Joe Bugner, I am seriously hurting

My wish for a canvas canopy might have to wait until I am buff. That could be a seriously long time.:(

Got to go again tonight looking forward to it, canvas canopy that is.

Good stuff mate! Keep it up - it might be a pain in the rear now, but give it a couple of months and I can almost guarantee you'll be happy you're doing it!

I'm fairly fit as it is, but am getting back into a training routine...and feeling the pain. :D It's worth it for the end result.
