TORQUE SETTINGS HELP

Mods I know this should probably be in the tech section but seeing as its non land rover orientated I thought I'd get a better chance in the general section

OK I gotta build a Toyota 2 J industrial engine and I need all the torque settings for the engine can anyone help I've tried google but no luck there
