What is the difference in spec between a RR 4.0 (99-02) and 4.0 SE?

Probably more of a question for the Range Rover P38 section, maybe a mod can move it. Anyways.

99 4.0 - I think these were a special run-out version of the older GEMS engine management, with a spec level the same as SE.

99 4.0 SE - Same as above but with the BOSCH Engine Management System.

I presume you are looking at buying one, The ads say in some 4.0L &/or 4.0L SE...?
In the 99-02my's there was no SE model(In Aus), there was only the 4.6HSE 4.0 & late was the 4.0 S.
