The LCD ? panel denoting kilometres , transmission state and computer outputs is fading on the right hand side. I have tried adjusting the brightness but to no avail , any hints on what the problem is

Hey,

Your globe behind the right hand side has blown. You will need to pull your instrument cluster out and change the bulbs.

The bulbs are only $2 or something like that.
