New Firefox and Facebook

yesterday I upgraded to the newest version of firefox...and now I can't seem to use any of the facebook functions:(..

So I cant see who is online....I can't hide things has anyone else having issues?

yes its a very easy way to keep in touch with what family and friends are doing with there lives in the UK I also have a friend touring south america and she gives us weekly updates, and I have recently got another friend that is doing a round the world trip.

I wouldn't expect you to understand Ron when you dont even check your email:p:D

I just checked this laptop which I haven't used for a while. It's got 2413 unread emails - that includes 24 draft messages I've started but never sent.

The oldest unread received email is Feb 2005.

Dunno how many there are on the desktop at home.

My wife says I should just delete the lot and start again.

My sisters don't send me emails - they know I don't read them. They email my wife. Equally, they know I never return calls when they leave messages on our answering machine. In fact, I never check the answering machine. My wife uses it.

I generally don't return calls on my mobile either - that's why I don't have messagebank.

I don't check our letterbox either.

None. I don't buy tickets nor do I have any idea how to fill out a lotto form.

you dont need to buy tickets Ron just read your email all you have to do is send your name and address, your passport number. your bank account details

Re FF, since I "upgraded" to 3.5.2, I've noticed that it often can't open the P38A section of the Rangerovers.net forum (phpBB software) but it can open other sections.

I have no idea why this occurs. 3.5.2 also seems to lock up more often and some pages just will not open. I usually use Internet Explorer for the pages FF won't open.

As a result, I usually have both FF and IE running simultaneously.

I forgot to mention, the problems with FF 3.5.2 are on both computers and my wife is having problems with FF on her Mac. She often has to switch back to Safari.

Yeah they did something funky with some of the PHP parsing (I think). I know of a couple of sites that are telling their users not to upgrade to 3.5.2 for that reason. Should be a fix out soonish I would imagine, then Ron can get on and read his emails. :p

Yeah its weird as some things on face book work but 80% of the links on it don't...its most annoying that I can't update my status
