Yes, except on the D40, D60, D3000 and D5000, because these cameras don't have a built-in focusing motor for the older AF-D lenses (though you can still use them without AF).

And let me add to that, I assume these are AF-D lenses. If they are actually have the G suffix, then you're fine with any Nikon.

Sorry, got that wrong, G has the same AF-D autofocus, if it was AF-S you'de be ok. You could go for a D70 or D80 (though not new anymore).

this is the info written on the lens's

Nikon AF NIKKOR 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 G
Nikon AF NIKKOR 28-80mm 1:4-5.6 G

sadly nothing after the AF :(

Yep, sorry, in that case D40, D60, D3000 and D5000 won't do the AF bit.

Ask how many shots it has.
My as an example have under 6000.
Life of the camera I think it is 100000 shots
It is a fantastic camera with sealed body.
Cheers

It is NEW  if it was look after!
Some photographers are taken 1000 shots a weekend for that reason I asked the question.

In the some web site it is a new Tokina 12-24 for $650 which it is a superb lens.
I use it in my landscaping photography.

Mate you can be set with a semi pro gear for less than $2000 ;)
