Exhaust bolt size...?

One for all you mechanics out there....
Feel pretty stupid for asking this, but anyone know what size the bolts on the exhaust front pipe to manifold connection "should" be? (see attached for location) - 2000 D2 V8

I've tried all kinds of socket sizes and nothing seems to fit. They aren't rounded, and look in pretty good condition, just can't get anything to fit to tighten them up! :(

Gonna be amazed (but not surprised!) if they are another LR special size!!

They should be 13mm, sometimes 12mm ones are used as a replacement.

if they are an odd size and neither metric or imperial sockets fit.....

they may be 1/4 whitworth or 5/16 british standard.....

just use a single hex socket that fits if you have them.......may be a tad too big but shouldnt slip......
