Many folks who have bought Mantec snorkels etc have imported them themselves - mailorder from England.

I have been looking and found a price for a mantec intake for an 2009 110 delivered from singapore.

Cost was S$460 delvered to Canberra, around $380 Australian, which seems cheaper than the Safaris or Airtec.
