Hi all:)
We are about to hook the PTO winch up on the county and were just wondering how we go about getting oil into it?
Do we just hook it up dry and let the oil make it's way in from the g'box, then top the g'box up later?
Or somehow fill it up before hand?
to make shore, here is a pic of what i'm talking about..

P.s it's an Ean Thomas PTO to suit a rangie LT95 G'box but we have modded it to suit a county LT95.

Thanks in advance...TIM.

umm, pull the cover off, carefully drill and tap a filler (and drain) hole, then fit filler plugs, install, fill with oil, and bobs your aunty?

Enlighten me please, what is the difference between the back end of a Rangie and County LT95?

Nothing in terms of the g'box, it's just we had to rotate and extend the PTO drive to allow for a better line/route for the shafts to run because the passenger floor and trans tunnel are in the way:angel:
