Now I know someone will bore it up me for this but if you've been hanging out for Maxi-drive or someone else to do these again, talk to Karkraft in Sydney.
I talked them into getting one in from the UK for me, and if there is anyone else who needs one, you have about three weeks to contact them and order.
The part number is RTC4517, it's a DIY kit, like the others, and about $520.
I have a really, really nice '91 Vogue and the condition of the upper gate has been dragging it down.
I have been hunting a good one for this vehicle and my last one, and there's is only other rusty ones out there. Unless I creep around your place and knock yours off!:D
