Inside diameter of radiator hose for d2

Im putting in a inline temp sensor in the top hose of my d2v8 2001 and wondered if anyone had the diameter of hand?

I just measured the 2 hose fittings on a V8 radiator and they are pretty close to 35mm.

Has the hose got a bleed screw? If so, get a sensor that screws into the bleed screw hole from Davey in Cardwell. Save you chopping up a perfectly good rad hose!
