Budget Butchered Meat..Expressions of Interest.

G'day All,

Been a while since I did the last one, but am having another one done on Friday. I have given first dibs to those that bought last time...but in case there is an opening am asking for expressions of interest. Am yet to confirm exact price but should be around 50-60 kilos of meat at a rough cost of $325.00. This includes the following cuts....all packaged...

Meat Packet

·Steakettes
·Sausages
·BBQ Steak
·Rib Fillet
·Eye Fillet
·Topside Steak
·Rump Steak
·Chuck Steak
·T-Bone Steak
·Y Bone Steak
·Shin
·Mince
·Blade Roast
·Rib Roast
·Topside Roast
·Corn Beef
·Corned Brisket

Last time it was around $6-7 a kilo for all sorts of cuts...considering that sausages are generally around $7 a kilo, other cuts from $12-$18 a kilo, it is a great buy and the meat is excellent. I am taking one quarter, another has been snapped up, so for sale are 2 other quarters. However if there is enough interest...I can organise another cow.

So put up your interest...will take it on a first in first serve of expression of interest. I will need to know my Monday/ Tuesday at latest and payment in advance or on delivery. Meat will be delivered to your door step as well :D,

Hey mate...yes we have a quarter to sell. Was killed on Friday and was told was a good un by the abbotoir. It is been hung and will be butchered in next few days when it will be packaged...probably looking around $250-260 at this stage for around 50kilos.....will know firmer price next day or so. Also we can work out delivery/ pick up as from memory your over Cedar Vale way.....and this is being butchered at Beauy....so might be able to tee up a time with my missus. Will sort closer to Thursday.

I have one last quarter....which I have a buyer....but will give someone here first dibs. Also note I make zip out of this......I just like getting decent meat at a decent price and to do that I need to sell the other 3 quarters....which then benefits those that buy the other quarters. If my tuckerbox was big enough...I'd go the whole cow :),
