Anyone know if Defenders are sold in PNG and who may be the local rep.

None when I was there in 2007. There were a couple of LRs running around left over form the Aust Army in '76 and there were a couple of newer Defenders in Moresby but I'm pretty certain that they had been shipped over. Best bet would be Boroko Motors for parts, Ella Motors will only sell you something Toyota, Hino or Yamaha
