Hi all, new to the forums. Currently looking at a 2003 S2a, auto with 140000kms. has an ARB sahara bar, decent side steps and factory DVD (though this is not a deal breaker). Asking price $26990. Is this a reasonable price to bargain down from? what whould you expect to pay for a car of this vintage? I like the CDL in this one and i think it has the SLS (they call it auto levelling suspension. Sorry if posts have dealt with this but i thought i'd check recent prices. Many Thanks

I paid three months ago $24.5k for a D2a auto with 82k good service and very clean no leaks 7 seater with sls in Melbourne. I think they are a little more expensive in adelaide. Might be worth a trip to Melb as there are more to choose from. Just make sure you have a list of things to check and get the complete history. What you are looking at is not out of the ball park in my opinion.

I just did a deal similar to Nankas in Perth, so I'd suggest you should try to negotiate down on the price they want.
