Well after going back to Pirtek to get the correct hoses (paid for 5/8" but was given 1/2" - the guys exchanged knowing glances when they saw the initials on the receipt and asked - did you buy these on a Friday Afternoon...) I am now ready to start up the new PAS box and reservoir.

Do I need to bleed the Box via the nipple on top, or will it self bleed?

Cheers mate - so I take it it will eventually self bleed if I turn it lock-lock.

Glad I have converted you to coopers. Next time I will have to bring some Little Creatures across - even better!!! ;)

Drinking red wine tonight. But still have some homebrew belgian beer left - 10% alc

nah not a full convert, but on tap was good, been drinking Steinlager pure lately:)

You can keep your red, don;t think my taste buds will ever "mature?" enough to drink that:D

Oh yea, it should only take a few turns and will be fully bled

Not trying to convert you to grape juice...

Steinlager is pigs swill compared to a good german beer though. If you can get it, try Jever (bitter lager), Franziskaner Weizen (Wheat beer brewed by monks), Schofferhofer (another wheat beer), or Rothaus Tannen Zaepfle (Red House Lager) - which is one of the best lagers in germany, and brewed by the only state (government) owned brewery in germany. I find the idea of a government owned brewery an interesting idea. Would probably only work in germany though.
