View Full Version : skype on aulro

each time I click on the skype icon (if an aulro member displays it) I get a strange page:
Using Skype buttons (http://download.skype.com/share/skypebuttons/oops/oops.html)
This makes no sense as I have skype installed already.
Don't know but it seems that this skype button/icon is for no use - or do I something wrong.
Help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Cheers,
Daniel

Yes, got that too - sorry was not very clear in my first message - now click on one of the options and you will get the skype download page.

... this must be a Firefox bug. It works with Safari.

It always works with Safari it's a iMac so it should always work, l am always amused when my iMac does something with ease and my partner struggles and struggles to do the same thing on her HP laptop using Windows XP

I didn't try with FF. I used IE8.
My wife uses a Mac - what a horrible thing to use.

Horrible it is indeed:
- faster start up than a Defender from 0-100km/h
- no spanners etc. needed to fix
- no holes where viruses could affect the performance
- it just works
- etc
:p

I just checked Sophos antivirus and there are 6 viruses for the Mac :p
Most of the holes come though other software do a search on the Mac version of Adobe Flash shipped with Snow Leopard.
I like them as well but unfortunately in the corporate world Microsoft drives me mad!
