Nice one mate, looks great. looking at getting one for the front of my disco. As for the old decal i'd use prepsol, i used to use it in the panel shop to take off decals and works great. Also it is used to clean the surfaces and removes alll oil based products for the car.

Hey mate where did you get those? I reckon they'd look nice on my Defender. :D

Make sure you post up a pic when you get them on!

I did this a while back. The old ones are a pain to remove. In the end I used a razor blade on the glue, but you must keep the blade at a shallow angle and continually keep spraying it with soapy water, LUBE IT UP, if its dry you'll gouge the paintwork to buggery.

Tee tree or euc oil disolves the glue well also.

my stickers were complete when i stuck them over the top..nothing wrong with them...however if you want it to lok tidy...remove them first..

there was in places areas where the sticker is just visable...but dont forget because my car is dark green its very hard to see

you will be fine...I have bought heaps of stuff and never been stung...as long as you use reputable people on there you should have no worries...
when you buy of ebay you are covered by ebay and by paypal if things are not as they were described or an item has not been received:)

I've just had a set of these removed to paint my roof and bonnet.

I paid $32 for the first set directly from a Land Rover dealership.

Perhaps the demand for them as a vain aftermarket accessory has caused rapid inflation (as in Russia 1917 rapid), or maybe just bad luck, but the new set waiting to go on cost a hell of a lot more than $32:D:D.
