Hi all,
Considering acquiring a flashable ECU for my 2000 Disco TD5. Is it possible to change an auto flashable ecu to a manual flashable ecu as I have notice when using my Nanocom this area on my non-flashable ecu doesn't seen to be accessible for changes?
Thanks in advance for the information.

We have done this, the part No you need for a flashable ECU to suit a manual TD5 Disco is NNN500020.

From my past research the auto ECU is a different part No: but can be re programmed to suit the manual. However the manual ECU cannot be reprogrammed to suit the auto unless it had been fitted with an auto compatible ECU.

I have a flashable Manual ECU available... $650 if you send me your old Non-Flash ECU.

Thanks Tombie.
I currently have a TRS chipped non-frashable in the car. I was essentially just postulating the prospect of a flashable ECU which I think would have been a better option 6 months ago.:(
I had spotted an auto on ebay here in Brisbane but it was for an auto, but I thought if it went cheap then all the better.
Thanks again Tombie
