Hi All,

I currently have a problem with the 4wd light allways being on. The light started flashing and is now allways on. I know that the diff lock is not engage, its a manual.

I have looked for the sensor and the only wiring I have found is on top of the transfer box. Its very hard too see whats there as I can only feel with my hand inthat area. Is the the 4wd sensor ?

Also had dose the sensor work? Open circuit 4wd light on? is there an easy way of testing the sensor ?

It sounds like that there is a wire rubbing somewhere, grounding the circuit - the switch just supplies ground to light (On/off). I know you said the difflock is disengaged, but doublecheck. The switch is the one at the front of the box, not the one at the rear ( that's temp).
