Just for info...Changed the speedo in my 2a from the original MPH to a KPH using a classic Range Rover speedo. Was just a matter of removing head from RR housing, swapping odometer reset shaft (just a circlip) and putting it into the 2a housing. The best part is the speedo cable is screw in (unlike the series 3's plastic clip) so you don't have to change it:D. Also the three lights (cold start, high beam and oil pressure) aren't at the bottom of the RR speedo. I put a high beam warning light elsewhere.
Now to find a BIG, LONG hill and a tail wind and see if the old girl can get up to the 200 KPH mark:p.
