differences in radius arms

is there any difference between county radius arms and defender radius arms apart from the width 38mm v 45mm
the reason i ask is my county has no flex in the front due to poly bushes and i have a set of defender arms with new haultec bushes that i was thinkin of grinding down to fit the county

i thought the arms were the same and that it was only the width of the bushes that was the only difference

pretty sure i have a set of county arms in the garage thinking i could just re-bush at leisure and swap the arms over.........i best measure
