2nd BLOWN EGR PIPE

I've had a disco 2 for about 2 months and I have blown the EGR pipe that comes of the exhaust manifold twice. The both times the car was under load going up a hill and it split in half right at the bend where it turns the corner at the front of the engine. Can someone help with why this might be happening and the best way to overcome this problem. Thanks.

wow! never herd that one before:eek: the EGR system is telling you something! REMOVE ME!
do a search on here for the process, its worth doing.

is it struggling on the hills at all?

of it is and it struggles to get on boost you might have a partial blockage of the exhaust.
