I looked at the D300s, D700 and D3 the other week and had a good play and decided I'd go with the D3 or its replacement the D3s.
Not sure what you need ISO 102400 for but it does mean that ISO 12800 is easily achieved. They also (at last) added a sensor cleaning ability. US Pricing indicates about US$100-200 over the D3.
