I run Super antispyware and now for the first time it is blocking AULRO site saying it is potentially dangerous. I have to access this site by working around it. Ant suggestions? Jim

For the last week or so it has been running a script that loads up my browser to the extent I get warning messages. I reported this to Incisor, and he tells me it is something to do with ebay, and does not affect any of his systems. I suspect this is the problem you are having. My initial investigations made it look like a malicious script, possibly trying to install something (best of luck on Linux!), and I suspect your antispyware came to the same conclusion.

AVG did the same this morning for me a few times, left in half an hour and now now no problems. Strange.

it is a bit of code that keeps track of how many times people click on ebay and some other links on the site.

nothing at all malicious ...

?

love to see what avg had to say.

maybe because the code reports thru a 3rd party stats site.

It is strange. It is avg causing my problem not super antispyware. However I can log on ok using internet explorer. I usually use firefox. Jim

AVG doesn't tell much:
https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/imported/2009/10/770.jpg
The first link just goes to their homepage, following the second link (proceed to site) takes me to a single line of code that stretches a looong way, then if i go to aulro again it works.

I blanked the IP address here, but i don't think its mine as in two tries I got 2 different IPs, have recorded both.

That is the screen I get. However if I click on second option it only tries to reload page which obviously fails again. This problem has only surfaced today and only on firefox. AVG runs ok on explorer. Jim

Had a look at the IPs on google:
RADB Whois query for 66.94.244.24 (http://www.radb.net/cgi-bin/radb/whois.cgi?obj=66.94.244.24)
RADB Whois query for 74.6.104.11 (http://www.radb.net/cgi-bin/radb/whois.cgi?obj=74.6.104.11)
means nothing to me so hope that helps somewhere!

EDIT I'm using FF3

The latest version of Firefox seems to have some bugs. It removes all the formatting on my posts while all OK on IE.
