Removed both diffs today. Got the 4.11 ratios direct from Ashcroft in the UK.

Check out the difference between the standard Rover crap and the aftermarket..:twisted:

If you do get the 4.11 or any other ratio change, don't forget to order the drive flanges and bolts for the pinion.

The drive train is now complete.

Next is a lift and cut.

after seeing yours in action very impressive now its gonna be even more impressive

Bloody oath, the 4.11's are a great bit of gear, had a set in the blue beast before I sold it to Micka which greg now has when I sold the maxi-drives after the Vog had a meltdown a year ago.

Would buy another set but a bit out of the dungas budget so dunga spec all the way :cool: It's a cheapskate vehicle so the cheaper the better is the key.

Plus I have a ****load of 3.54 CW's at home so plenty of spares :twisted: Enjoy them though Buzz, you won't regret the purchase.
