View Full Version : TD5 EGR valve wanted

Hello all, I'm looking at an alternative to a EGR bypass kit, I'd like to machine out the whole centre of a egr valve and insert a stainless or aluminium sleeve, this way it will look stock, but have full flow.
If anyone has one they don't want, could they send it my way? I don't want my car off the road while I do the mod.
If it works, I'll then mod mine and send yours back modified.

Thanks ecka, but I'm planning on doing it myself, I just don't want the car of the road while I do it.
I can do it for nix (or near enough) and somebody else gets one for free too!

once It's all done I'll send it back?
It would cost me more in fuel (even though I drive a TD5!;)) to pick it up from Carlton!
