This may be a bit close to a marketplace alert, but it is free, and will only fit a 130 Crew Cab, so I thought here was more appropriate.
This is a home-made Battery holder for TWO 90A/h AGM batteries to fit under the back seat of a 130 (see pictures) The batteries lie on their side so it CANNOT be used for wet cells.
Also a non-sealed battery may out-gas and cause an explosion risk AGM or sealed batts are fine.
Disclaimer:
It is home made (but quite nicely done - even if I do say so myself) so If you take it and fit it, I accept no responsibillity for anything that may happen!
First to PM me who is willing to either pick it up from Carlton, get it COD, or send me actual postage can have it!
Sounds like an insurance contract, doesn't it?
Cheers,
Fraser

You too!:D Why do you get a long w/e? ours is Melbourne Cup.
BTW, I have also noticed a bit of a vibration on the truck with the Trayon,
I actually thought I had a flat tyre when we last set off, but it seemed to ease with a bit of driving (maybe I just got used to it)
I'm guessing it's the uni joints because the back is lower than normal and the geometry is changed. I am working on something "a bit unusual" to see if it fixes it, It's all Top Secret ATM:eek:. I'll let you know how it goes, but that could be a few months away.

Ah, that's why I said "extended" weekend rather than long! ;) Part of my workup strategy for The Big Trip next year ... 9-day fortnights, and a nice long off-road/camping weekend every couple of weeks

I think I eventually just got used to it too, and I've done 5000km with it on the back by now. Still a bit worried though about hurtling down some corrugated dirt road at 80 km/h  Looking forward to seeing whatever you come up with ... sounds like you're heading off to some facility in Siberia ... or maybe just Woomera ;)

I think you will be VERY surprised when it's done - I wonder if it will work! ('nuff said - this is a public forum and all!)
