Radiator Flushing Question

Hi,
Just wondering what type of coolant is the best to use when flushing radiator?

As the local radiator place wants $120 to do it.

Also when flushing the manual states 8litres for a wet fill.

Is filling after a flush a wet fill?

And does the seal on the drain plug always needs to be replaced? If so where would you get one?

If the rad hasn't been rodded I'd do that then flush every year there after.I run texaco extra cool gold in mine which is booked in next tuesday. Pat

It had a new radiator put in 2007, so its in good nic I would think. ( or hope):D
