Instrument Rubber Seal??

Does anyone know where I might be able to source the rubber ring seals (about 98mm dia) that go around the instruments (speedo & combination unit) where they sit in the instrument panel? (for 1954 86")

Are there alternatives that people have used (an O ring or some other rubber profile for example)??

I was going to look at the O-rings of around that size that I saw in the plumbing dept at Bunnings.
