I am having difficulty in finding a pair of off the shelf sheep skin covers that actually fit the Defender. Most are way too big in the seat section.
Does anyone know of a model ofcar that might fit eg ford etc or do you have to have them custom made.I like sheep skin as its comfortable in the heat and cold.Haven't had any experience with canvas covers-does anyone recommend them.
If you can assist with supplier/cost for either type it would be very helpful.
Thanks,
Mary

Canvas covers are good and easier to keep clean than the sheep skin, but the sheepskin are always nice if that's of no concern.
Canvas for a Tdi - Black Duck or Takla, these will probably be cheaper than MSA (Michelle's Sac's) and my Tdi has very old Black Ducks that are still going well. The other to consider is importing the Melvill and Moon ones but again probably dearer for a Tdi, but definitely an option on the Puma.
Sheepskins - there was a seat cover place in Townsville - Woolly Fleece - I've used for my Disco's, does custom fit and very reasonable price haven't used them though in over 7 years.

I bought these off Supacheap about a year ago, perfect fit straight out of the packet- I have a County with Defender seats.
They were on special when I bought them, about $40.00 each from memory

We just travelled for 1 year around this great country, with three kids. Just imagine the dust ,food, dribble ,spew, drinks, rocks and sticks.
I put the "Black duck" canvas covers on the seats, the best thing we could have done. I used black duck before in the tractor too. They are a bit $ but well worth it. They are located in WA and have a website. Like sheepskin too but it accumulates too much dust.
