Prawns into Melb for christmas

Gday All,
This can be done at the prices and dates in the thread in the WA Aulroian section, but has a catch..
I need to send a minimum of 5x9kg boxes and it needs to go as 1 consignment, so you guys will need to work out if this can be achieved amongst yourselves, my suggestion is to meet at or near the coldstores on an agreed date.I will clearly label and mark the boxes of who's order is inside.
If you guys think this is possible at your end then im happy to do it.

The cold store will be SUB ZERO cold store in Brooklyn..

Anyone in outer Melb if you think you can get a simolar quantity together then I will see if I can get it to your area..Let me know.

the rest is now up to you guys..

Great to support Ean and his family who are prepared to go out and seek customers who appreciate good produce rather than just wholesale the lot.
I mentioned the prawns to 2 guys at work on friday,saying I was waiting for prices/sizes etc.This morning I took the pricelist in and had 30kg of orders instantly,still need to see other staff yet.
If you guys over there make it easy for Ean you will be able to do this annually,he has already offered it to us WA AULROians.

Gday All',
Carton sizes if you need to know are
3kg=295x195x95=WxLxH or about the size of a shoe box
1.5kg=295x195x48 same size just 1/2 as high
9kg =300x620x100

Dates for this will be as follows',
Final order Am Mon 7th Dec
$$$ payed by 9-Dec
Prawns at truck depot darwin 11-Dec
Should be Melb on 15/16 Dec.
I am abit unflexable with the dates as I dont arrive in Darwin till am 7-dec, and plan to get them out ASAP so if there is a hold-up you will still get them for christmas.

Any questions dont hessitate to ask and i will do my best,

1 consignment means it will be sent to 1 central person and it will be up to you guys to work out a TIME and PLACE to meet to collect the order together, it is the only way I can absorb the cost of freight at the prices I have quoted..Every PERSONS order will be clearly marked on the outer carton, if there are 2 orders together inside 1 outer it will have both names marked...I send prawns to Katherine, Alice, Kununurra, wyndhem, and a few other places and this is the only system that seems to work for a group order.

What I am offering is to pick up from Melbourne, any goods consigned to Gippsland based buyers and deliver same to either Moe or Warragul where they can be picked up by whoever ordered them.

It seems there is enough of you wanting prawns in Melb so we will say its a goer, You guys will just have to sort your end out at pick-up time.
When I have a final list I will let you All know who's on it before the product leaves Darwin and Will work out a contact person for the consignment then its all up to you guys to sort the rest.

I plan to have something sorted for freight to Syd by Easter and would like to be sending some there for next chrissy if not before..

Our Darwin list went out yesterday so SWMBO is trying to keep up with them,
