mimic osx

anyone know of a utility that will allow windows to mimic the behavior of OSX when you double click on the titlebar of the active windows..

in windows it maximises and in OSX it minimises

would dearly love to find something, but i havent had any success... except for itelimouse software and it creates grief in other areas :P

I remember in the old Windows 3 days there was something that emulated a Mac reasonably well but of course that was pre OS X days too.

I have a suspicion that the functionality is built into the kernel as defined by the windows object class.
