04 TD5 Windscreen washer bottle leak

Anyone had a problem with a windscreen washer bottle leak on an o4 TD5 Disco.
On the way out yesterday went to fill up the washer bottle on the weekend and observed a fair bit of water running out underneath.

Didn't have time for a proper look but is there a common problem with washer lines coming off or botles splitting?

It will be the line-out to the headlamp washers. There are two O rings of slightly
different size in there. Pull the line out of the base and look.

Mines got a hole in the top front edge. The sun shines on it between the bull bar and the body. Its become brittle and a piece has broken out.

I hate to throw another scenario at you but mine sometimes leaks out the top where the filler tube goes in.
