Camping with dogs

I have booked a week up in Woodgate over Xmas but we are departing there on the 26th and heading south.

Is there any pet friendly campsites around the Bribie Island region or somewhere close by that anyone can recommend?

South of Gympie, on the Yabba River, it is huge, grassy and not tightly packed. Our dog gets to swim in the river and walk (5 minutes) to town, attend the Sunday market and sit at the tables outside the old hotel with us while we enjoy refreshments.

We camped here with the club. Also huge, grassy and on the Mary River.
5 minute drive to town and swimming for the dog.

I don't know if these are too far inland (both are south of Gympie) or how busy they would be during holidays, but Brutus has had some of the best days of his life there - mind you, every day seems the best day of his life.
