Where did you get that price from, as pricing now must include onroads in the quoted price.

If the people in this thread make up half the total number of saes then they'll have sold more than many industry types figured.

If there was an auto option however..... they'd sell bucketloads.

Miond if I ask how much that set you back $ wise ? Interested to know how it stacks up against a 110 twin cab ute value wise. I think in the reakl world I;d prefer the 110 twin cab.

Ok Vlad, some prices (to the nearest $) (for base vehicle and some extras but not all options), but be mindful that you need to add GST (ie 10%) to the vehicle base price and accessories prices and dealer charges at the end-

Vehicle D90: $40,900
Metallic Paint: $818
Dual Finish Alloys: $682
Sun Hatch: $182
Front Mudflaps: $292
Raised Air Intake: $1,198
Dealer Charges: $1,359

Also need to add (but not include GST) but be mindful these numbers vary between States-
Registration: $926
Stamp Duty: $2,418

I will have prices on some of the other options somewhere if you need them.

Cheers

Rummaging through my bag a work I found the following additional prices-

MTR Tyres: $364
Tow Kit: $764

Again, you need to add GST. Note that the tyres are the 'old' Goodyear Wrangler MTR tyres not the 'new' asymmetrical Kevlar MTRs that are sold in Austrlia. Not sure what tow kit but the price seems about right.

Whats the base for a 110DC if you happen to know ?

Hmmmm - $49838.90 on the road with no options - somehow I think the Puma 90 will go the same way as the TD5 90 - good initial sales then slowly die.

Can I ask what a sun hatch is. $182 seems cheap for a sunroof.

Sun Hatch is a Sun Roof. Factory fitted and identical, as far as I am aware, as in the SVXs. Retail price (ie with GST) is $200. Not bad value, especially compared so some other things (eg front mud flaps).

Thanks. That does seem cheap. Seems like a lot of our "unique" SVX items are popping up all over the place.
That Sunroof is often quite nice , but for the most part I found myself wearing a hat to keep the sun off my head. The roofrack has mostly fixed that.

I have not ordered one but test drove one on Saturday at MLR while I had the CB fitted to the D3.
I had not driven a Defender before & came away quite impressed.
It had the SVX style alloys & sunroof in Zermatt Silver.
I would definately fit the extended seat rails.
I agree if they had an auto option they would sell heaps more.
I am thinking of one in the future to replace my wifes car & give her the D3.

My Stornaway Grey 110 dual cab cost less than $52,600 on the road. :) It has ABS and Traction control. It was also fitted with side steps and a tow bar. BUT - I had to pay 1200 bucks on top of this as I brought it in from W.A. (To NSW). :(

They are still offering the dual finish alloys (aka SVX wheels). My partner has ordered a metallic black one with the dual finish rims!

that would almost make it worth importing them except the warranty is void- you would get to chose 3 spec levels I think, may be worth it if you want a unique rig

I just got my new 90 last week. Traded in my old td5 90 which I had for nearly 6 years, sad to see it go. But was excited about getting the new 90! The new puma 90 seems smoother and at the moment does not rattle as much as the old one! Had a good bye, hello photo shoot with them side by side on the sales floor.

Not bad value when you consider you have just added another place for the water to come in lol

Love 90's, loved the td5 90 and love this one too. Going to especially enjoy this one on a hot day over the last one. When I first saw your post about the seat covers I thought that was my 90 your were talking about. I had planned to order a 90 on the day I dropped in at Pacific, but it so happened you guys had one just arrive the day before. Worked out well, colour was what I wanted plus the svx wheel rims, just the sun roof was not on the list of things I wanted.
Your 110 caught my attention, love the battle scars, Paul says you give it a good work out!

Got close to upgrading the Td5; the Puma is just that little bit nicer.
Still very happy with the td5, so couldn't justify the changeover cost. Maybe if they don't sell too many they will slash the price like they did with the td5. Think I'll hang out for the New Defender - whatever that will be.

Waiting for delivery of my new 90 (2 weeks). Sorry to see the 97 Disco leave the family. Can't wait to let the puma off the leash, after a few additions of course.
