Anthony at British 4WD imports currently has Two 101s for sale.
One is complete and in very good condition 12 volt model without winch.
The paint work on this machine is in perfect condition.
Asking price is 16 k
The other machine is rough and missing door tops, hood and bows.
A few panels are bent and it needs much work.
Knowing the way 101s are built there is no reason why it couldnt be completely restored with man hours......asking price 4K

For the guys who said they would love a 101 and though they were too expensive the last one may be your chance.

If I hadn't of bought a house I might buy it :(. Unfortunately now that 4k buys a fridge and an air-conditioner or a dining set and a couch, at least thats what the boss says :(

From Anthony for those interested...first one is very nice....very tempting...

"The dark green one has 12 volt electrics, new paint, new tyres and gas tank 10 year dated, there is a drip on the gearbox and it needs new wiper blades. The price is $16,000.

The army green one is 24 volt, has a winch, the hardtop side folds out to a camping accessory. It is in good condition, but will probably need tyres for a roadworthy. The price is $15,000. We can supply a new soft top camvas and a set of frames at an extra cost if you require ."

I tried to buy the ex Australian Army one a couple of years back from the then owner in country Victoria but for various reasons the sale never materialised.

If I remember correct (and I may not be correct) it is from the 101 family with the Army name of 'Misguided'. I believe this is a sister/brother to Iain Reed's Misguided 101. Is is either Misguided 1 or 2 - the opposite number to Iain's.

Here are some pics of it then
