I go to log on to the website, or if I am in it I try to open a page and I get the header etc come up but not the body of the page. Any suggestions as this is driving me mad. Jim

Therein lies your problem!

Have had the same issue here on ANY website and an internet search turns up others with the same issue.

3.5.5 is not a nice version for some reason.

Didn't scroll through the search results that far as I run XP. Vista appeared in the despatches too.

We have this issue on 2 of our computers and it started with one of the windows upgrades. We run XP and the issues seem to have started with sp3. any suggestions as it blocks internet banking, so it must be a setting that has been modified??? Anyone have any suggestions as I kind of need my banking access back.

Do you use any firewall - Windows or other? What about anti-virus software?

Also what browser do you use?

2nd computer had
Trend, then avg, now advanced something
worked sometimes on mozilla
assuming standard firewall

my computer:
avg
standard windows firewall
internet explorer 8

The annoying thing is that it worked fine until sp3 was downloaded and installed

I'm running XP Pro Sp3 with Firefox 3.5.5 without problems with this site or net banking.

It sounds like it might be either a firewall issue or some other settings.

Sorry that I can't be more help.

Best Wishes,
Peter
