Geocaching

Are you into Geocaching if so are you going to the " 1st ever Geocaching Mega Event - Wagga Wagga 2010 (http://forum.geocaching.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=11975)
Once my Series 2A is on the road i plan to knock down alot of WA caches and then take the old girl from state to state doing the same thing.

I better not show the wife this. Geocaching was a big reason for her buying an iPhone!

I must admit, the concept is fun, and the iPhone app is great. The frustrating thing is trying to find a cache, and either the iPhone GPS isn't accurate enough, or the cache has been removed or moved. Perhaps it makes finding a cache all the more rewarding, but I hate traipsing all over the country side for no cache!

Then again, it has taken me to a couple of nice spots that I would never have bothered ith otherwise.

All in all, a great incentive to get out and about!
