When fitting variable springs do the closely bind coils go at the top

If both ends of the spring are made the same (in a Disco they will be ground at both ends) then run the tight coils at the top. The main reason for this is so that the spring releases debris/mud etc.

thanks again Simon doing the 3"upgrade tommorow so will keep you informed ,be doing a few other secret squirell changes to, so hopefully it will improve my rear flex will post the results soon and what has being done
