G/box Oil for 93 Defender

Hi guys just asking what would be the best oil to use in the main box & transfer box in my 93 defender as I am pulling out the g/box as I have no 5th gear & 2nd syncro has gone! Was filled with Auto fluid in both main & transfer box :(

Lost landie I drive a300ti deefer-380 g/box and I use castrol syntrans 75/85 have done so for around 200,000ks+.This includes towing -off-road usage,I know others will give different advice.So what I would do ,in your case ,I would ring the oil companies and ask to speak to a Tech. Rep.I've done this a few times over the years and they always listened and advised with no hassles.Google castrol and look at the syntrans page,particulary Volvo trucks-400,000ks between oil changes.Best of luck.Lochie
